1/4 bag Eat Smart’s Garden Medley Blend
1 flatbread,* approximately 3" x 7"
1/4 cup of your favorite alfredo sauce
1/4 cup of shredded Italian blend cheese
1 tsp of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
*Pre-cooked pizza dough, naan, or lavash of similar size may be used instead of flatbread
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place flatbread on baking sheet. Evenly spread alfredo sauce on flatbread leaving an inch border of crust. Toss greens with olive oil, salt and pepper in bowl, then place over sauce on flatbread. Top with cheese, sprinkled evenly. Bake for approximately 7 minutes, or until crust is golden brown, cheese is melted, and kale is slightly crispy. Cut into wedges and serve.
